Full-time — 40 hours/week
Morning shift: 6:30am–2:30pm or 7:30am–3:30pm
Hours may vary and evolve as production develops.
We are a small neighborhood bakery focused on high-quality ingredients, thoughtful processes, naturally leavened bread and viennoiserie, with a strong interest in food and culture.
We care deeply about ingredient quality, precise technique, and impeccable execution in everything we make.
We are looking for one full-time baker to join us from the beginning and help build the bakery with us.
The role will cover both bread and viennoiserie production, including laminated dough, sourdough bread, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing.
We are a small team, so we are looking for someone who is community-oriented, reliable, curious, organized, open to feedback, and comfortable helping wherever needed. Someone who wants to improve their craft, learn new skills, and grow with the team as the bakery develops.
This is an opportunity to be part of an opening team and help shape the bakery from the beginning. You will join at an early stage, contribute to how we work and grow, and have the opportunity to develop alongside the team as the bakery evolves.
What we’re looking for
1–2+ years of professional bakery or pastry experience
Experience with croissants or laminated dough strongly preferred
Bread and sourdough experience strongly preferred
Comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Works cleanly and stays organized
Community-oriented
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Interested in growing with a new project
Available for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Daily bread and viennoiserie production
Mixing and scaling doughs
Lamination and shaping
Proofing and baking
Preparing fillings and pastry components
Following recipes and production schedules
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Helping improve production methods and workflow as we grow
