Job Description

Salary: $130,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• Several years of Salesforce development experience, with strong Salesforce and Apex skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, custom objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, profiles, and automation.
• Experience writing and debugging Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with clients and leading calls.
• Good judgment in evaluating how Salesforce requests should be handled.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests at once.
• Ability to create clear tickets and explain requirements to developers.
• Proactive approach and willingness to own issues through resolution.
• Helpful, but not required: experience with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations and APIs, reports and dashboards, client-facing technical work, coordinating multiple developers, or financial services, lending, and other workflow-heavy industries.

• Build and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, triggers, and other platform tools.
• Create, review, and improve Salesforce automations and customizations.
• Troubleshoot client issues and determine suitable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead client calls after learning clients configurations, workflows, and business needs.
• Translate client requests into clear technical requirements and actionable tickets.
• Create and organize tickets for the Salesforce development team.
• Coordinate with developers on projects to help ensure work is handled logically and efficiently.
• Review completed work to confirm it meets client requests and the intended Salesforce design.
• Help prioritize work based on urgency, client impact, and technical dependencies.
• Communicate with clients, account managers, and internal colleagues.
• Identify improvements to Salesforce workflows, data, automation, and client processes.
• Take ownership of Salesforce-related client issues from the initial conversation through completion.
