Job Description

Catalent seeks a Commercial Project Manager for its Kansas City pharmaceutical facility. The role manages customer accounts across the sales order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and monitoring key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact, managing communications, order processing, and shipment updates
• Monitor customer forecasting cycles and handle necessary escalations
• Track and report on On-Time Delivery, forecast accuracy, and other KPIs
• Coordinate with Finance on billing accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and monthly revenue forecasts
• Provide periodic reporting to Supply Chain management and coach team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer service, sales, or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking capability
• Problem-solving skills with creative solution development
