Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Candidates must be prepared for potential transition to 2nd or 3rd shift based on business needs and training completion.
• Read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Operate and set up various fabrication equipment, including CNC machinery and brake presses, to cut, form, and shape metal components.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
• Safely and efficiently handle materials using stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Fabricator Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience operating stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.
• Hands-on experience with brake press operation.
• Proven ability as a CNC Operator.
• Previous Stand up Forklift experience
• Previous Crane and Hoist experience
• Expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
