Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and help maintain efficient transportation and distribution processes.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, solving operational challenges, and working with multiple teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities
Monitor shipment schedules and track delivery progress
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics documentation
Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transportation requests
Monitor outstanding orders and provide timely status updates
Identify and resolve shipping delays or operational discrepancies
Update logistics information in internal tracking systems
Prepare reports related to shipment activity and operational performance
Support inventory coordination and general supply chain activities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable coordinating activities across different teams
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, administration, or supply chain operations is preferred
