Salary: $83,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent training and experience
• Innovative, solution-focused approach and creative thinking
• At least 3 years of mobile application development experience
• Proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin
• Experience with modern mobile development frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, business teams, and external subject matter experts
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
• Experience with LLM coding agents
• Preferred: Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform mobile development frameworks
• Preferred: Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase
• Preferred: Experience with IoT and connected products, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi APIs
• Preferred: Knowledge of mobile application security best practices
• Preferred: Experience with mobile application analytics and testing frameworks
• Preferred: Experience in the HVAC or water heating industry

• Design and develop applications for Android and/or iOS
• Improve our mobile applications software architecture, testing strategies, developer tools, and user experience
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Partner with product managers and quality assurance teams on validation activities
• Maintain application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Take part in code reviews to support code quality
• Evaluate and adopt technologies that can improve development efficiency
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Work with some department leadership oversight while independently managing projects within scope
• Perform other assigned duties
