Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega CDH.
Configure and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies, arbitration, engagement policies, and adaptive models.
Develop decision strategies, interaction history, and customer journey orchestration capabilities.
Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and follow Pega development best practices.
Maintain technical design documents, implementation guides, and operational documentation.
Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
