ABOUT POSITION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation and AI Solutions Architect with strong hands-on experience in Camunda 8, automation development, and AI integration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade automation solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating with business teams to enhance operational efficiency through innovative automation strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Design and develop enterprise-grade automation solutions using Python, focusing on both unattended and attended automation workflows.
Build reusable automation frameworks and accelerators to streamline development processes.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, converting manual business processes into scalable automation solutions.
Design and implement AI Agents capable of autonomous task execution, including multi-agent workflows using Agentic AI frameworks.
Develop AI-powered decision engines for exception handling and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) controls for business-critical workflows.
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for Agentic AI implementation.
Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent LLMs into existing systems.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and implement prompt engineering and evaluation mechanisms.
Build intelligent document processing and knowledge automation solutions while ensuring AI governance, observability, and responsible AI compliance.
Work with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate to develop API-based integrations with enterprise applications.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability mechanisms to support production deployments and automation maintenance.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
Strong hands-on experience in Camunda 8 (BPMN, DMN, Zeebe).
Proficiency in Python for automation development.
Experience with AI integration, specifically with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
Solid understanding of RPA platforms (UIPath, Testing Anywhere, MS Power Automate).
Experience in Integration & APIs with enterprise applications
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and knowledge automation solutions.
Experience in developing monitoring and observability solutions.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
