Job Title: Personal Assistant

Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 25 to 30 hours per week, afternoon hours around 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM with flexible scheduling. On-site 1 to 2 days per week; remaining time remote.

Job Description:

A growing company is looking for a Personal Assistant to support a senior executive both personally and professionally. You’ll keep a demanding calendar running smoothly, take care of travel and household logistics, and help out around a small office a couple of days a week. This is a great fit for a self-starter who anticipates needs, stays discreet, and enjoys using modern tools to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and book domestic and international travel, researching options and making reservations
• Schedule personal appointments and keep family calendars organized
• Help coordinate family events and special occasions
• Take care of personal paperwork and government documentation
• Research trip ideas and offer suggestions that make planning easier
• Manage the executive’s schedule and make the most of limited availability
• Order team lunches, restock supplies and snacks, and keep the workspace tidy
• Hold regular check-ins to review priorities and track open tasks
• Use AI and scheduling tools to streamline research, calendaring, and task management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of personal or executive assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership
• Experience planning domestic and international travel
• Comfort with AI tools and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and little need for direction
• Resourceful, hands-on, and willing to own tasks from start to finish
• Strong communicator who asks good questions and learns preferences quickly
• Discretion with confidential personal, family, and business information
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: experience in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
• Preferred: prior experience supporting both personal and professional needs

Additional Details:

• Must live locally and be able to work on-site as needed
• Training and cross-training provided
