You'll have access to training, mentorship, and a team that can help you learn the business—but ultimately, your results depend on your effort and production.
As an independent agent, you'll:
Meet with prospective clients virtually
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Develop relationships and generate business
Follow up with prospective clients
Work toward your state insurance license
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Build your business through consistent activity
Want more control over your schedule
Are comfortable working independently
Enjoy meeting and talking with people
Are motivated by performance-based income
Want to learn sales and entrepreneurship
Are willing to be coached
Don't mind putting in the work required to build something
Insurance experience is not required.
We can teach you the insurance side of the business. What we can't teach is drive, consistency, and the willingness to take action.
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity . There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based on individual production and may vary.
This opportunity is remote within the United States.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to obtain and maintain the insurance licenses required in the states where they conduct business.
