Job Description

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• Salesforce Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications are identified as must-haves; they are also listed as preferred in the posting.
• Expertise building Salesforce solutions with low-code tools such as Flows and pro-code technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• A bachelors degree or higher in a technology-related field.
• At least five years of development experience, including two or more years with Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn additional skills to address business needs.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance or protected health information is preferred.

• Create clear, concise design documentation.
• Participate in and contribute to formal architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Contribute as an agile team member and take on tasks beyond the primary role, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed to support team success.
