Job Description

Salary: $128,000 - 168,000 per year Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL, Flow development, custom metadata, and platform automation.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and advanced integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience leading development teams in Agile and Scrum environments, with regular participation in sprint planning, grooming, and technical ceremonies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality releases in fast-paced settings, taking ownership of deadlines and technical deliverables.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot to accelerate Salesforce development.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform APIs.
• Architect reusable components and scalable integrations to support evolving business needs.
• Oversee and improve CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management using tools such as GitLab and Salesforce DX.
• Review technical designs and code quality, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Lead technical planning and estimation for large, multi-team initiatives.
• Contribute reusable patterns, engineering playbooks, and technical onboarding materials to support the growth of our Salesforce practice.
• Identify process improvements and promote automation to increase delivery speed and operational efficiency.
• Advise business and technology partners on Salesforce capabilities, constraints, risks, and solution tradeoffs.
