Overview
Physical Therapist – General in Ukiah, CA. Start date 10/26/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay $2,042–$2,189 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 5 days per week. Setting: Short-term acute care hospital.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to restore function and independence.
- Deliver therapy interventions using established protocols, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and co-lead groups of patients when appropriate.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and ensure information is communicated to the care team.
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Develop discharge plans and coordinate transitions with patients, families, and other care providers.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (California) and in good standing.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure requirements noted (see notes regarding licensing date and foreign equivalents).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum of two years of recent physical therapy experience; EPIC EMR experience required.
- Pelvic floor therapy experience and PRPC or WCS certification (or working toward certification) preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and support day-shift requirements.
