I'm looking for a talented designer to design a complete, modern, and professional website + web portal for a new tech/career platform.
This is the **actual design project**, not a test. I already have a separate logo test posted.

* User flows and key screens

* Designs should be developer-friendly and ready for my frontend engineer to build
I'm looking for someone who can take the overall product idea and turn it into a beautiful, polished, easy-to-use product — not just make a few attractive screens.
