What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized, professional workplace.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails while providing courteous service to clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain business records, reports, forms, and other office documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, data entry, and basic bookkeeping support.
  • Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel and training records.
  • Support management with special projects, follow-up items, and process improvements.
  • Identify administrative issues early, recommend practical solutions, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • Strong communication skills —you’ll work with clients, vendors, and teammates every day.
  • Excellent organization —you can manage competing priorities without losing track of details.
  • A problem-solving mindset —you take initiative, use sound judgment, and know when to ask for help.
  • Professionalism and discretion —you handle sensitive business and employee information responsibly.
  • Reliability —you follow through, meet deadlines, and help others stay on track.
  • Adaptability —you are comfortable shifting priorities in a growing, fast-moving business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Accurate data-entry, filing, and general computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience with billing, accounts payable or receivable, payroll support, or business management software is a plus.

Why Work With Us?

  • Long-Term Stability – Join a well-established, family-run company that invests in its people.
  • Meaningful Impact – Help shape and support the systems that keep the entire team moving.
  • Variety – Work across scheduling, records, purchasing, and special projects.
  • Supportive Team – Collaborate with people who value initiative, accountability, and practical solutions.
  • Growth Opportunity – Build broader office-management skills as the company continues to grow.
